Postage and packing

• Orders should be placed by 15th December 2011 for goods to be received in time for Christmas
• Our delivery charges are fixed at £3.50 per order
• Your purchase will be sent to you via Royal Mail
• A signature may be required upon receipt of goods
• Please allow 3- 5 working days for delivery
• Each item will come in its own Warren James jewellery pouch free of charge
• Gift wrap can be purchased at an additional cost of £2.00.

We will be happy to exchange or refund your unworn, saleable purchase within 16 days.

Please use our Contact Us page to let us know that you wish to make a return before posting your goods back to us. We will send you further instructions upon receipt of your request.

• For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return any ‘free’ or reduced price items for us to process an exchange or refund.
• Exclusions from our exchange policy are, specially ordered items and in the interest of hygiene and for your protection earrings and pierced Jewellery.
• Goods purchased from warrenjames.co.uk can only be exchanged or refunded by contacting us via this website.
