The lady was so helpful, I couldn't decide which ring to go for, she suggested one looked more elegant than the other and it turned out to be the cheaper of the 2, very genuine, customer service excellent, I went back the next day as the ring was too big (my hands were very warm in the shop) and she exchanged it fir a smaller size. Thank you so much I would highly recommend.

Excellent Service by the staff, they are not pushing like most Jewellers, they go above and beyond helping you if you’re not sure, This is the Christmas rush and they were so busy and they were lovely to all of the customers in front of me, So well done Warren James in Bury, I will definitely visit them in future !!
