Yellow gold is a precious metal with warmth and lustre. It can be kept clean and lustrous with a specialist cleaning cloth or fluid. Periodic specialist cleaning and polishing by your jeweller is also recommended.

The white lustre is enhanced by rhodium plating (rhodium is a member of the platinum family) which with general wear will fade over time. Therfore white gold requires a higher maintenance to retain its lustre. To restore the white lustre re-rhodium plating periodically is required. This specialist procedure can be carried out by your jeweller.

Next Working Day UK Delivery £6.00 (for orders over £30)
Delivery is on the next working day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) if your order is received by midday (Monday-Thursday) and delivered to mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. Orders received by midday Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Delivered by Royal Mail - a signature will be required on receipt. Excludes all personalised jewellery.


We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local Delivery Office.

Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 10 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 28 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

Exchange Policy | Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

Items purchased from our website may be exchanged within 16 days from the date of order by visiting one of our branches (the date of your order will be found on 'Your Receipt', which is emailed to you after your completed order is received by us). Unfortunately, an exchange cannot be processed by post.

Please take the unworn and resaleable item and a copy of 'Your Receipt' to a branch of your choice where one of our Sales Advisors will gladly exchange the item to the same value or higher (if you choose to pay the difference), subject to availability.

Please note that a refund cannot be processed at any of our branches and exchanges can only be processed with a copy of 'Your Receipt'  - we cannot accept delivery notes.

EXCLUSIONS:
Pierced Jewellery
In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers.


Personalised Jewellery
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way. 

We are pleased to offer our Exchange Policy in addition to your statutory rights.


Refund Policy

Items purchased from our website may be refunded providing that you request this within 16 days from the date of dispatch and the item is unworn and in resaleable condition (for your dispatch date please check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).

To request a refund:

  1. Sign In and visit our Contact Us page
  2. Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the Order Number for the item you wish to return (for your Order Number please check your Delivery Note)
  3. Please advise the reason for the refund in the comments box
  4. Instructions on how to return the item will be emailed to you within the next 24 hours.

For combination purchases (e.g. buy one get one free or buy one get another item at a reduced price) you must return the free or reduced price items for us to process an exchange or refund.

Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item.

Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.

In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
