Jewellery knowledge isn't essential as on the job training is provided.

All of the WJ National Retail Management team started their careers in the shops too. As you can see, WJ is passionate about people development and progression, we always want a pool of successors waiting in the wings.
Not everyone wants to go into further education straight from school. Ideally you will have achieved grade A* to C in both English and Maths GCSE. If you've got what it takes you could start climbing the WJ progression ladder.
