  • Full time contracts working five days out of seven or a variety of part time contracts - no zero hour contracts here​!

WJ SALES ADVISORS 

At WJ customers come first. As a WJ Sales advisor you'll deliver the best experience to our customers. You'll work hard and feel a real sense of achievement and have fun too!

Jewellery knowledge isn't essential as on the job training is provided.

There is opportunity to climb the WJ progression ladder and develop into more challenging roles... if you've got what it takes! Many of our WJ managers joined as Sales Advisors in the shops. All of the WJ National Retail Management team started their careers in the shops too. As you can see, WJ is passionate about people development and progression, we always want a pool of successors waiting in the wings.

SCHOOL LEAVERS ALSO WELCOME!

Not everyone wants to go into further education straight from school. Ideally you will have achieved grade A* to C in both English and Maths GCSE. If you've got what it takes you could start climbing the WJ progression ladder.

Not surprisingly, they too provide great customer experiences in a number of shops that they are responsible for. They lead by example in everything they do and work with Mentors, Managers and Sales Advisors providing guidance and feedback along the way. They always make things crystal clear.
