Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training will be provided.

Many of our WJ Shop Managers joined as Frontline Sales Advisors in the shops. Our National Sales Management team started their careers in the shops too. As you can see, WJ is passionate about people development and progression, we always want a pool of successors waiting in the wings.

My journey with WJ started 4 years ago. I can’t think of a better place to be. Working at WJ is just fantastic. Hearing the stories behind customers purchases and interacting with heart felt emotion really makes the place so friendly and warm - that's what I like the most. WJ is structured and knows its goals and objectives . The best thing about working here is feeling confident when achieving goals and overcoming an obstacle. I started working at the age of 16 at the weekend. I am now Full Time and have already been given the opportunity to help open new shops as the company continues to grow. However, my favourite part of my job is looking after our regular customers and making new customers for life through fantastic products, value and customer service.
