WJ is on the lookout for Shop Managers who care & want to do a good job. If you have experience as a Shop Manager and are passionate and enthusiastic about customers, sales and working alongside your Frontline Shop Sales Advisors to make them the best that they can be...we would love to hear from you.

  • Full time contracts working five days out of seven - no zero hour contracts here!
  • 28 days* holiday a year and after 5 years you'll receive 33 days* a year
    (*including Bank Holidays)

  • In shop management
  • In the same or similar shop environment e.g. fashion, shoes, accessories, perfume and cosmetics etc.
  • In giving one-to-one great customer experiences
  • Working with a sales floor team day-to-day
  • Controlling and organising the resources of a small shop

Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training will be provided.


If you've got what it takes, there are opportunities to climb the WJ progression ladder and to develop into more challenging roles. I have been part of WJ for 5 years, I can't believe how much I have achieved in such a short space of time. I have helped & supported in new shops, this has given me the opportunity to help grow teams of people and in turn has helped me grow as Manager. I started with WJ in 2013 as a Deputy Manager. I was new to jewellery but with great investment from WJ I was soon able to flourish and become a Manager and now a Mentor too. WJ take new people and help them develop. Founded by a brother and sister, we're all family now.
