Had a really good experience at Warren James Jewellers Birmingham Bridge Link. Special thanks to Kam, Kerry and Sonya their customer service was genuinely spot on. They were welcoming, patient and actually listened to what I wanted instead of rushing me. They took the time to help properly, explained things clearly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Credit where it’s due, great service all round would definitely recommend.

One of my favourite place to buy a present for my friends or my daughters… The price are amazing, the place is so easy to find. The option to have a nice package is also great, because you will have a great presentation for your presents. The costumer service is okay, just once I had a not amazing experience, but obviously I will back one thousand times, because is the best place. Specially in this times when Christmas is around the corner… Because my la bust was today 27-10-2025 So go there and find fabulous presents for the people that you love. Are items that we will keep and always will be used.

Assistant manager Cam, is super helpful, goes out of his way to help with enquiries, out of the 6 stores I rang, he gave the most information and help, can't fault the customer service he gave 10/10 🙂

Came into this jewellery shop about 2 days ago to purchase a new necklace, I was served by this lovely cheerful girl, who just seemed to enjoy her job. She explained all the different chain options i could purchase with the pendant. I asked her for her name and she said it was Georgia. Lovely member of staff along with the others who helped me check out. Great customer service!

Very affordable prices and very nice things

Popped in here for a silver chain on Saturday with my boyfriend. Although it was very busy in there, due to it being a Saturday and the Easter holidays, the lady who served us was really nice and acknowledged us telling us we would be served next. She was very smiley and friendly. She came round to us next, as promised, and was lovely when showing us the jewellery and while paying. We actually then went back later on after we'd done the rest of our shopping so I could get some earrings I'd spotted during the first visit. The same lady was still there and she was lovely throughout the second visit too and joked how she doesn't see the same people twice usually within one day. She was knowledgeable when showing us the earrings and, again, was lovely when we paid. Very satisfied with the visit and will no doubt be back again very soon! The store itself was clean and they had a really good sale on - some lovely pieces of jewellery available. Will be back soon!
