Went in to get a Xmas gift and Lira was very friendly and professional

Went to Warren James earlier to look for a ring I'd seen on their website. Small but bright shop, saw the ring I was interested in, but they did not have my size. Staff were all bright, bubbly and helpful. Nice shopping experience.

Very nice and welcoming, service was top notch, left with a beautiful Lab grown diamond engagement ring after bringing out an assortment of styles and different coloured gold for my partner to try on. The service Wasn't pushy at all. My fiancé now has a massive smile on her face!

Stephanie was really helpful and lovely. Helped me to make some final decisions when I was stuck on what to get. It’s a great place, I would recommend.

Sophie was an absolute gem! I popped in with my mum on the off chance of seeing some wedding rings that I might like. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she let me try on different sizes and answered every question in a kind manner. I was that impressed I called in my future husband to have a look. He too found one he liked and although the size wasn't available to buy right there and then she has ordered us one which we can collect in a week's time. Just a nice genuine person who doesn't jump on you to make a sale which is really rare in the world of retail now. Thank you Sophie for a great experience

Had a really speedy and easy experience with Josh today who helped me pick out some earrings. Super friendly atmosphere from everyone in the store and they asked questions to make sure I would be happy with my purchase!

Have to say great customer service from matilda she couldn't do enough to help ,we wanted a couple of birthday gifts and she gave us good advice and options and we went away very happy

I was looking for cute earrings but at the same time a fashion piece. I was pleased when I spotted these as they could be worn during the day and good enough for evening wear. Warren James price range fits everyone from some inexpensive bits to £1000's so whatever your budget, you will find something. I also notice that a lot of their jewellery is reduced, so a good place for those special gifts. You do have to pay extra for gift boxes ?
