I went in to buy a chain and wasn’t sure what size I needed. Lisa from the Crawley branch was fanatic, very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. It really helped me do the right purchase. It’s an absolute pleasure being able to give 5 stars (10 if I could). I have a beautiful Celtic cross that I needed to buy a chain for as I unfortunately broke the original. I went into the shop and explained my predicament and the sales lady was brilliant giving me great advice and selling me absolutely what I needed. A credit to the company. Thank you.

Lovely customer service by lady named Nala. I think she may have been abit new however she really went out her way to find the information we were looking for. Myself and my husband ended up purchasing 3-4 items in the end!

Quality cheap(ish) jewellery but not a massive choice. Staff were extremely polite (her name badge said Cat) and very patient and honest about their products and my wife trying on various rings. A great place to shop.
