Customer service each time I visit is exceptional. I was looking to replace the ring I previously brought from Warren James many years ago but the customer service assistant advised not to replace it. She literally cleaned my ring with washing up liquid and water and it looked like I brought a new ring. If you have any doubts with the longevity of the ring or necklace etc look no further!

I like this place. Nice clean and the staff is quite helpful. Do check online or even at store. You give them your budget and however small it is, they do have something for you. I have given so many people present from here as the packaging is authentic although you have to pay £3.50 for it but it is worth it as that makes the recipient trust the quality. Do pop in when you are in Harrow Shopping Centre.That is easy commute for us

I buy my sterling silver from this place and I love everything I buy, very good service, people there are friendly and helpful. I wish they have more of designs to offer, but at the moment I stick with what in stock.
