Warren James Jewellers - Leicester Highcross

Didn't end up making a purchase as couldn't find what I was looking for. However wanted to leave a review for the customer service from the staff at Warren James, the Manager Zoe was really friendly and helpful when trying to look for jewellery and some of the other staff who's names unfortunately I don't recall, one began with an L and another female member of staff who explained to me about ring huggies/resizers that she wears for her rings since they no longer fit. The Manager offered to check if jewellery could be ordered in for me, but I later received a follow up call saying the line was out of stock which I appreciated the store trying and then updating me!

Staff are always kind and helpful. Also has very good selection of jewellery to gift!

Today I had to get a gold chain for a family heirloom so I purchased it from warren james because it was a very good price and quality also the lady that helped me choose one was extremely helpful polite and knowledgeable I highly recommend them

Bought earrings for a friend's birthday. Very reasonable price too.

A big thankyou to Amanda and Tammy the 2 lovely shop assistants who served us yesterday. They were very friendly and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. They are both a great credit to the company.
