Such lovely staff!!! they sang my partner happy birthday and had a laugh with us they were ever so friendly. They will always be my first choice, it was a real personal touch.

Excellent customer service from Lois and Matt. Went out looking for wedding rings, other high street shops were no where near as passionate about asking us about our day, plans and ideas. We only planned to look today to get ideas and inspiration. However we were so impressed with what we looked at decided to make the purchase there and then. 5 out of 5 for customer service and price. Popped in for a thumb ring and Matt was really helpful. Even though the branch didn’t have what I needed in stock he took time to get me measured and help me find a selection. Then advised me to order online and wrote the codes and size info down for me too .
