I would like to give a well deserved thank you to Shannon who served us in your Maidstone branch. I have had my eye on a certain ring and wanted more information re how long it would take after ordering to be delivered,proper sizing and if it would react with my existing ring,as they would be 2 different carat golds. She was very informative and let me try on the ring they had instore,to see how it would sit,look and feel alongside my wedding ring. Even though we didn't buy today,Shannon wrote down all the information about the ring for us for when we are able to.We came away with a bracelet for myself after trying on several,as some were too big or just not for me. She was extremely helpful and polite.

Staff was really friendly however there was only one person and waited about 10 minutes to be served due to them serving another customer. Very happy with my purchase of earrings and a necklace for my daughter in laws
