Came in today with my crucifix I brought in April for my birthday, I didn't have a receipt but the ladies there we're brilliant. Because my cross was discontinued they didn't hesitate to change over my cross for a new one just in case the cross had gone before bringing my receipt. One of the tiny diamond had fallen out. I didn't expect them to replace it on the spot and left super happy!

Popped into the store today as my daughter bought me a tennis bracelet for Christmas and it broke. Kirsty was incredible. She was so kind and caring. She helped exchange the damaged bracelet for a new one and served us with professionalism and kindness. Kirsty is an asset to this company and wish more companies had staff like her. Thank you

My lady and I went ring shopping. We went to a few places, here won out due to stock and staff being friendly and easy to talk to. Bought two rings, neither were right size (but I stress that we knew that, we wanted things that are unusual, that's what we got), took them back to resize and rings came back in the expected time frame! We are over the moon with our rings. I can commend the staff (all of them) for being knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Well done you ladies!

Great variety of jewelry, spoilt for choice and money! Something for all tastes, except me, I don't do jewelry but my wife makes up for it. She buys all her work colleagues jewelry from here because they're so reasonably priced she nearly always gets herself something!

Good shop with a great range of jewellery and really good customer service. Originally went in to buy something for my girlfriend I saw on the window but ended up buying something much nicer which the staff thought she would like more and it turns out she did, only an extra couple of quid. Would recommend for anyone
