The jewellery speaks for itself and I was observing the shop assistants and a polite young lady called jade helped and answered people's questions, if I go back I'll definitely ask for jade to serve me, caring, polite and a lovely smile..

I went in on Friday with my 4 year old to pick a present for his grandma for xmas and I genuinely could not have asked for more from the staff. They were absolutely lovely. They took an interest in my son and since he was the one choosing, spoke to him about which one he liked, and made sure it was sparkly enough for him before we paid. 3rd time I've been in and the customer service has been second to none! Super lovely staff :D well done ladies, and merry Christmas ?
