I don't usually give reviews but I feel that the young lady who served me on Saturday afternoon deserves some praise. I took a pair of sentimental earrings back that my mum bought me before she passed away one of them was bent as it kept getting caught on my scarf. The lady offered to try and fix them but couldn't. So I was offered a new pair in exchange. I was so touched by her kind gesture and I was quite upset in store. She was very kind and helpful. Just sorry I didn't get her name. But thank you! X

Called to buy quite a lot of jewellery for xmas for kids and myself served by a lovely girl called Amelia, really helpful very patient nice experience thank u Amelia for all your help.
