    Jess and Chelsea have proven to be commited to providing customers with the very best experience. They are endearing, warm, kind and helpful. Not just towards me but how I observed them helping other customers too. I had a situation where my ring caused an allergic reaction with my skin. I hadn't kept my receipt from 2 weeks prior. Yet Store Manager Chelsea along with Jess saw to it that I was supported in contacting Customer Services, even speaking directly with them in my behalf. The customer service were very understanding of my situation allowed me to trade in the ring up to the lowest Value its been on record. I'm very grateful to the staff. The store is in great hands under Chelsea's management. As for Jess, I learned today she is a temp for Christina's holidays. You would be a fool to let her go. She had so many customers saying thank you, smiling and laughing. Hold onto her! Jason Woolley
