Me and my partner were looking at engagement rings and started off at Hatton Garden cause we were close by and our experience was absolutely awful. Every shop we visited felt like a relentless sales trap, with pushy staff practically shoving overpriced rings down our throats the moment we walked in. It was clear they were more interested in making a quick sale than actually listening to what we wanted. We were just looking and had no intention of buying that day, but the aggressive tactics and complete lack of respect for our browsing made the whole experience unbearable. In contrast, our visit to Warren James was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at ease. They allowed us to take our time trying on rings and were incredibly helpful, even assisting us in finding the right size and offering thoughtful feedback on what suited us best. Their friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience enjoyable, and at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. Even though it was a Sunday, when many people might be less enthusiastic, the team were just as attentive and professional as if it were a busy weekday. H. Samuel, on the other hand, was a complete joke. The staff barely acknowledged us and spent most of the time standing around doing nothing. When they finally did help, their lack of enthusiasm and effort was striking. There was no advice, no feedback, and no attempt to make us feel valued as customers. It was an incredibly frustrating experience that stood in stark contrast to the warm and helpful service we received at Warren James. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the team at Warren James. Their outstanding customer service and genuine care made all the difference. We left feeling confident and excited about our future purchase, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great place to go if you’re looking for some reasonable prices and good quality elegant looking jewellery. If you pay extra you can get them gift boxed and wrapped, definitely recommend.
