Absolutely incredible experience, the Wonderful staff were very attentive and made sure I walked out with what was perfect for me. Lynne, the new manager provided the best customer service I've received in a long time and I can't recommend the service enough. These guys have an amazing range of jewelry at all price points. 10/10 service!

I recently bought a pair of diamanté stud earrings and after a couple of times wearing them, I came to taking them out and one of the diamanté stones fell out and it upset me. They were a great price and I hesitated taking them back to the store because they were for pierced ears. So I decided I would try and take them back and I felt when I walked into the store they’re going to say well there’s nothing we can do as you have worn them. Then to my surprise the lady in the shop who was called Marie, she was lovely and so approachable she said not a problem at all we can exchange or refund. I was flabbergasted I couldn’t believe it. I opted for a straight exchange and Marie said that’s not a problem at all. Warren James in Sunderland, you have earned my 5 star rating and this means I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another purchase.
