She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and guided me through the options with genuine care and attention. Melly has a great eye for detail and helped me find exactly what I needed, all while making the process feel easy and enjoyable. Her warm personality and expert advice really made a difference. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days. If you’re shopping at Warren James, I highly recommend asking for Melly. She’s a real asset to the team and made my visit memorable for all the right reasons!

Lovely shop and lovely staff always welcoming and smiling every time I’ve come in. Came in couple weeks ago and they helped me with measuring my ring size and checked to see if they had the ring I liked. Lovely shop and staff will definitely be shopping here again🤗

Nice collections of jewellery. Most of them are good gift items. Some of them currently have good discounts based on the current sales.

Did some Christmas shopping here and they were brilliant. Went back because I wanted an exchange on a bracelet that my sister didn’t like and Fatos was very helpful and so I treated myself to some more bits.

Nice affordable jewellery shop. Always go there for gifts and they have lovely silver pieces. I wanted to look at a lot of rings and felt sorry for Fatos who was serving me as I was taking my time being indecisive. Thanks to Fatos for being friendly and patient.
