On behalf of my mum: "I saw the ring I wanted in the Luverpool store whilst out shopping for the day, I tried it on in Liverpool but was undecided so went home and visited my Warren James store in my local town (Wrexham) a few days later. All of the staff in Wrexham were wonderful in helping me pick a favourite! I put an order in for the ring that I eventually decided on. A few weeks later, Chris, the manager, phoned me to tell me that my ring was finished, and had arrived into branch. She was SO excited to tell me that it had arrived, that I don't know who was more thrilled, me or her! The experience throughout was 5*! All the staff were amazing and helpful! The staff are wonderful. Bought my wedding rings from there and they were able to change it when I got mine in the wrong size. Prices are fantastic also they have offers on all year round not just for Christmas which alot of people are uniware of.
